39 Westford Bridge
ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE 10th December 2007 and the 15th January 2008 . MIN STAY IS 14 NIGHTS
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/dining room, kitchen and scullery. Two sides of the house are surrounded by wooden decks all with beautiful views and leading to a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The totally indigenous garden consists of spacious lawned area leading into a forest. Being part of a very low density private nature reserve, this area is very quiet and offers many interesting walking routes with different types of flora and fauna ranging from Fynbos to forests. There is an abundance of bird life and bushbuck can often be seen in the gardens . The estate has electronic access control.
The description of the house in more detail is as follows.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom (bath and separate shower with a view)
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and shares a full bathroom (bath and shower )with the
3 rd bedroom which has a single bed but is large enough to accommodate a 2nd single bed if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven , microwave , dishwasher, tumble drier, and washing machine.
The large lounge/dining room leads out through sliding doors to a large covered outdoor patio/deck area . There is a Weber gas braai on the deck.
There is DSTV and a sound system in the lounge. There is also a TV and video in the master bedroom
The house will be serviced 3 times per week by my reliable domestic helper.
The rates are R1850 per day for the entire house. Note that this is for a maximum of 6 people and for a minimum period of 14 nights.
